Yes, we can deliver your motorcycle directly to your chosen freight forwarder. We work with all freight forwarders to make sure your bike gets where it needs to go safely and efficiently.

Our crating process begins by reviewing and meeting the shipper’s specific requirements, including crate type and size, fluid drainage, and battery disconnect. The motorcycle is then placed in a crate—generally steel, though we can customize depending on the bike and shipping needs. Any accessories or parts are removed or relocated as necessary. Once positioned, the bike is securely strapped, and the crate is covered, ensuring it’s fully protected and ready for transport.

Our cancellation policy requires that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or service. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. This helps us manage scheduling and ensure we can serve all of our clients efficiently.
To give an accurate quote, we may need any specific shipper requirements you have. Some shippers also require the motorcycle’s VIN to be accessible, which might mean we need to create an inspection window in the crate. Providing these details upfront helps us ensure your bike is prepared correctly and meets all shipping guidelines.
